This place has been on my radar for a while now and yesterday I woke up early, on vacation, no rain, perfect day to go check it out! It’s kind of nestled away in a quiet neighbourhood in Gamsam-dong so a bit out of the way but I think worth the effort to go! For me it was about a 20 minute walk from my house (get those steps in) but by public transport you can go to Jukjeon Station (죽전역) on the green line and it’s less than 20 minutes walk from there.

Normally they have seating outside but I guess from all the storms lately they have put it away 😦 but with all the heat this summer I’d much prefer to sit inside with lovely aircon anyway hehe. While it doesn’t look huge from outside there’s plenty of seating inside so I don’t think you’d struggle to find a table. With the plants and wall murals there’s some nice spots for photos too! Sadly I went alone so no one to get cute Insta pics for me 😦

The menu offers all your usual drinks, americano, lattes, and affogato! I opted for an iced earl grey as I’d already had a coffee that morning. They also have a range of baked goods and I think that is the draw for this place. I had a custard donut and it was deliciouuuuuus. Packed full of creamy filling with a sugary coating, it was melt in the mouth yummy. They had a variety of other fillings including raspberry, chocolate, and blueberry creamcheese. With the tasty baked goods and drinks selection it’s the perfect spot for some studying or reading alone!
