After I saw the pics of the adorable bunny terrine from Cafe Do Dam Hi online I knew I had to come here and gobble up that cute little face! Do Dam Hi is situated a little South of Daegu Station in an up and coming trendy area with loads of new cafes, restaurants, and bars to choose from. While not far from downtown, it’s not quite central but still within a 10 minute walk of Jungangro Station.
The cafe is small but has plenty of seating, prices are reasonable, and the vibe is fresh and cute. They have a selection of drinks and fun desserts to try from! We ordered an ice Americano (3000), real peach ice tea (5000), Chodang corn egg tart (3500), and the terrine (6000).
I’m picky about my iced Americanos but luckily wasn’t disappointed here, and the peach tea came with loads of tasty pieces of peach that my friend shared with me. We didn’t read the menu properly and were surprised by the corn in the tart (our fault as it clearly says corn!). If you’re into all the Korean surprise corn you’ll dig it haha.
The highlight for me was the terrine, it not only looked cute but was sooooo soft and gooey. Plus super satisfying to cut through bunny’s head (video below). Overall if you’re in the area would recommend dropping by for some tasty sweet treats!
